BlüShift Strategy Terms and Conditions of Use

A. Customer Limitations

In connection with using or accessing the Website, you will not:

1. Use the Website if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example if you are under 18), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, applications or tools;
2. Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content;
3. Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm BlüShift, or the interests or property of users;
4. Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access BlüShift services for any purpose;
5. Reproduce, perform, display, distribute, reverse engineer, or prepare derivative works from content that belongs to or is licensed to BlüShift Strategy LLC, or that comes from the Website and belongs to another third party including works covered by any copyrights, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right, except with prior express permission of BlüShift Strategy LLC and/or any other party holding the right to license such use;
6. Commercialize any Site Materials associated with our Website; or
7. Harvest or otherwise collect information about users without their consent.

B. USAGE BY CHILDREN AND MINORS

We cannot prohibit minors from visiting the Website. We must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 18 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view.

FURTHER, BLÜSHIFT STRATEGY LLC DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE, OR FEATURE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNITNURPUTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
